THE INSTRUCTOR is
producer/writer/director/actor Charles di Cagno,
whose original one-act, and full length plays
have been performed off-Broadway for the past 15
years. He has also produced and appeared in major
benefits for Covenant House and The New York
Times Neediest Case Fund.
He has studied with some of the most influential drama teachers in the field, including
Stella Adler, whose graduates include Marlon Brando and Robert DeNiro
He has a B.A. in Speech, an M.S. from Pace
University, was a CTM and Mentor with
Toastmasters International (where he won a variety of speech contests), and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Public
Speaking program.
Along with acting, he supervises Public Speaking and Social Anxiety workshops at the Manhattan Center, and is the former director of Social Phobia and Public Speaking Anxiety at the world renowned White Plains Hospital Phobia Clinic, where he trained directly under the founder, Dr. Manuel Zane (Your Phobia).
